ClearSky Continues Expansion into Canada; Signs Multi-year Agreement with MTS Allstream for Comprehensive Mobile Browsing and Entertainment Services

MTS Allstream will provide ClearSky’s suite of mobile data services on its leading regional wireless network

October 7, 2008 (Orlando, Fla.) - ClearSky Mobile Media, Inc., a leading provider of managed services and content to wireless carriers and their subscribers, today announced a new long term contract with MTS Allstream to deploy its full suite of wireless content and mobile data services. MTS Allstream is one of Canada’s leading national communications solutions providers and operates leading wireless services in the Province of Manitoba.

Under the terms of this multi-year agreement, MTS Allstream will deploy ClearSky’s complete, end-to-end solution which includes hosted WAP and MMS-C service, along with ProPortal™ ProVantage™, ProVision™, ProTrends™ and RevShare integrated support systems. Taken together, this portfolio of products and services will enable MTS Allstream to offer its post- and pre-paid subscribers access to the mobile web, MMS messaging, and a broad array of downloadable content.
