ClearSky understands that our success is directly linked to the success of our carrier clients. For this reason, every ClearSky client has a dedicated Account Manager whose primary objective is to work closely with members of the client’s management team to maximize the revenue generated by our products and services. To achieve this objective, each Account Manager is supported by a matrix organization comprised of individuals from ClearSky’s Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Support, and Network Operations teams. The matrix organization functions as an extension of the carrier’s organization and makes tactical support decisions accordingly.
An important part of ongoing account management is the support offered by the ClearSky Marketing staff. Our team of marketing professionals work with each carrier on an individual basis to promote top-selling content via cross-channel marketing campaigns. By working closely with our label partners, ClearSky’s marketing team also coordinates exclusive contests featuring top artists and/or seasonal content. All contests and campaigns are promoted via retail marketing materials, Web banners, social media graphics and posts, featured artist content categories, mobile Web promo pages, bill inserts, and more—all custom created by ClearSky’s dedicated marketing team.
By working in concert with the client’s management team and ClearSky’s internal matrix organization, each Account Manager delivers value to every ClearSky client that sets us apart from our competitors.
