The keys to flawless execution and on-time delivery are superior project planning and steadfast management. ClearSky’s Project Managers start the implementation process of all new initiatives even before the initial “kick-off” call. Internal meetings are held to assess resource availability and pinpoint any issues that may require special attention. On the initial call, your key staff members will meet our entire project team, which includes representatives from Marketing, Account Management, Technical Services, Network Operations, and Customer Support. Once your project is underway, critical milestones will be coordinated through weekly conference calls, which will continue until the project has been completed and the new services are launched.
After production launch, your account will continue to be followed by an Account Manager who will be permanently assigned to your account. The primary focus of the Account Manager is to help you increase your data ARPU in any way possible. An important part of ongoing account management is the support offered by the ClearSky Marketing staff. In addition to publishing a marketing calendar, the team produces monthly marketing materials that highlight a theme or event such as the Superbowl, Grammy Awards, or “Back to School.” These materials can be adapted for POS promotion, bill inserts, etc.
